Rachel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, graduating from the University of Pittsburgh (2019) with her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and sociology, as well as earning her Master’s Degree from Canisius College (2021) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Rachel has experience working with a variety of clients in different settings, including residential, inpatient, and outpatient services. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Rachel enjoys working with age groups ranging from young to older adults, experiencing a plethora of mental health symptoms. She has experience working with several mental health diagnoses, including PTSD, Generalized Anxiety, Major Depression, and Personality Disorders.
