Caitlin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College (2011). She also holds a dual bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from SUNY at Fredonia .
Caitlin has 10 years experience in the mental health field working as a residential counselor, a clinical care coordinator, an addictions counselor and most recently as a Senior Counselor at a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. She is experienced in substance use disorder issues and uses a trauma informed care approach with her clients. Caitlin is trained in the seeking safety program for individuals with PTSD and Substance use Disorder.
