Ashley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, graduating from the University of Buffalo (2016) with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology as well as earning her Master’s Degree from Medaille College (2018) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Ashley has experience working with a variety of clients in different settings, including inpatient and outpatient services. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Ashley enjoys working with age groups ranging from young to older adults, experiencing a plethora of mental health symptoms. Ashley has experience working with a wide variety of mental health diagnoses. Ashley specializes in Anxiety, Stress Management, Depression, Grief, Life Changes, and Perinatal Mental Health. Ashley strives to create a supportive, non judgmental and comfortable environment in which you can explore whatever challenges you are facing. Ashley Pajor is currently accepting clients for Aetna, Independent Health, HighMark Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Commercial Plans only), Univera and United HealthCare/Optum. Ashley's availability is Monday-Friday 3:30-7:30 PM |
