I'm Ashley and I have been a human service professional for over 10 years. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College.
I have worked in different spaces and have been fortunate enough to work with many different clients facing diverse issues. I consider my style as laid back and goal oriented. I infuse humor and polyvagal theory in sessions and use foundations such as existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and reality therapy as a lens for our discussions.
