I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of providing therapeutic counseling to adolescents, adults and families. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. Throughout my tenure, I have gained extensive experience providing counseling services to individuals who find themselves struggling with various life circumstances. My approach to counseling is collaborative, goal directed, and person centered.

I believe success in coping occurs by finding the authenticity in relationships with ourselves and others. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of individuals’ journeys of self-exploration.  I am committed to assisting clients in fostering their well-being for lasting change.
