Adolescent and Adult Population
Jordan Prusiecki is a graduate student at St.John Fisher University, in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program (2026). She takes a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual possesses unique strengths that contribute to a successful therapeutic alliance. She utilizes evidence-based interventions grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while maintaining a Person-Centered foundation, fostering empathetic understanding of each client's individual needs. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful change. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan but is particularly passionate about supporting children and adolescents facing challenges such as depression, generalized anxiety, PTSD, identity issues, and adjustment difficulties. Whether she’s working with a child navigating big emotions, a teenager facing identity or self-esteem struggles, or a young adult managing anxiety, depression, or life transitions, she tailors her approach to meet each client where they are. She strives to help individuals build insight, resilience, and confidence to foster emotional well-being and personal growth. Jordan does not currently accept insurance, rates are $50 per 55-minute session. |
